The Standard of Texas Development
In the state of Texas, training isn't just a pastime — it's a pathway. But for too long, that path has been clouded by Instagram hype and unverified claims. Parents are investing tens of thousands every year in trainers without knowing one critical thing: Is my athlete actually getting better?
The Athlete House TX was built to provide the answer.
Born from a career in college football and a passion for true development, we serve as the definitive Scouting Bureau for private training. We don't rank based on social media followers or flashy drills.
We rank based on the Athlete Development Arc — a proprietary, data-backed evaluation that audits every trainer in our ecosystem.
Our Four Pillars of Truth
The framework behind every ranking and every recommendation.
Placement Power
We track the "Senior-to-Signee" ratio to ensure trainers are actually helping athletes reach the next level.
Verified Growth
We use Airtable Certified laser data to prove measurable improvements in speed, power, and twitch.
The Eye Test
We bridge the gap between private sessions and Friday nights with verified feedback from High School and College Head Coaches. This also includes college attention and scholarship offers.
The House Standard
We measure retention because real development happens over years, not weekends.
Meet the Founders
The people behind the standard.

Joshua Clark

As an Air Force veteran and former high school football player, Joshua understands the foundational traits of structure, work ethic, and dedication. He holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Sport Management from the University of Kansas, where he began his career inside the high-stakes world of Division 1 football recruiting. Throughout his career in higher education admissions and advising, Joshua mastered the exact criteria required for high school athletes to successfully navigate the college transition. Most recently, he served as the Assistant Director of Football Academics at Texas Tech University, anchoring the off-field development of elite student-athletes. Under his academic leadership, the Red Raiders achieved historic success during the Joey McGuire era, including: The highest team GPA in the McGuire Era (3.2) 82 out of 105 players maintaining above a 3.0 GPA 19 players achieving a perfect 4.0 GPA 37 players landing on the President's and Dean's lists A dominant 3.1 defensive term GPA, with 17 defenders logging their personal best marks As the proud parent of a rising high school freshman with dreams of playing on Saturdays, Joshua’s mission is deeply personal. He built Athlete House Texas because he saw a critical gap in the market: parents want to invest in their children’s futures, but they lack an objective, college-level lens to verify who is actually developing talent. Leveraging his deep relationships with college coaching staffs, high school recruiters, and elite trainers, Joshua has built the definitive, data-backed standard for athletic evaluation in Texas. He doesn't look at social media hype, rather at the exact academic and athletic metrics that college programs demand. "I have been blessed with the relationships and the blueprint required to help young athletes reach their goals. The Athlete House Texas standard exists to ensure that every family investing in their child's athletic dream gets the absolute truth, backed by real data.
