alen Drayden is a sprint coach, former NCAA Division I All-American, and founder of NextGen TX, a youth track and field program dedicated to developing faster, more explosive athletes across West Texas. A Texas Tech and Arizona State alumnus, he now serves as an assistant track & field coach at Lubbock Christian University while continuing to build NextGen TX with a focus on speed development, movement efficiency, and long-term athletic success. His mission is simple: make West Texas faster by developing athletes on and off the track.
